There was something wrong with my Transaction?

For purchases through the Papaya Play Charge Portal, any issues concerning Payments/BSC/DKC/LTC/WRC need to be solved using our Billing Customer Support System by Support Ticket or by Live Chat:

 

1)Go to the Charge Portal https://www.papayaplay.com/shop/main.do and proceed to any of the Shop pages;

2)On the Shop page, select any of the currency amounts (as if you were going to make a new purchase);

3)On the new window click the bottom ‘Contact Us’ button and select Live Chat or Submit a ticket;

4)If you select the Live Chat option, one of the Agents will help you to solve your problem within a maximum waiting period of 4 min. The Live Chat works 24/7 all year and supports 20 languages;

5)If you choose to Submit a Ticket, you need to enter your account's ID, your contact email, the transaction ID of your payment charge and a short description of the problem;
