My account was hacked, What should I do?

If you think your account got hacked,

Please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible, explaining your problem with the following information:

The fastest way to get in touch with our support team is Help Desk (https://papayatest.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). However, if you are not able to login, please send us a mail(support@blackshot.com) with the following information.

 

- Account ID;

- Character Name;

- Previous Character Names (If you changed your name, write your previous names);

- Registered E-mail Address;

- Current Security Question & Answer;

- Date of registration (When did you register? As accurately as you can remember.
You can search your E-mail for any account registration E-mails from/related to Papaya Play, Vertigo or BlackShot);

- IP address (What is your IP address? Find out at www.whatismyip.com. Can you remember what it was when you registered your account?);

- Last payment Transaction ID or Order IDs from BSC charges (You should have a transaction ID or Order ID on your mobile phone, E-mail, or etc. Example – Order ID: 20140510133019359500);

- Last successful Login (date);

 

After sending the Help Desk ticket or email, we will check everything and contact you within 48 hours

    My id can not login to blackshot than have note block and plss contect service us,,i try but still can not play will my old id,,,so now what i want to do to taken back my old id
